Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the user guide?

We have two user's Guides available for you:

How often and how long should I use the DPL System?

The DPL™ System designed to run for seventeen (17) minutes per treatment. It is recommended to take 17 minutes of light treatment daily. You may break down the 17 minutes into several sessions during the day, if that will help your schedule. If you miss a treatment, don’t worry, just extend the daily treatments for the lost days.

Can I use the DPL outside of the USA?

Yes! - The DPL comes with a WORLD VOLTAGE Power Supply. It will operate at voltages from 100 V to 240 V at 50 or 60Hz so Yes! It will work outside the USA. You may need a plug adapter as the unit does come with the standard USA two blade plug..

How long until I see results?

Everyone’s skin varies, but most people feel and see a difference in about four treatments.  Because of differences in damaged skin, some people will see the benefits almost immediately and others will need more treatments.  Because treatments are progressive, we recommend treatments for at least ten (10) weeks, for maximum results.

Do LED Treatments work on everyone?

LED treatments are proven to work on all skin types.  There is over a 90% success rate for people using our system.

Can this hurt my eyes?

No! Studies have been found showing any harmful effects to the eyes when using our product correctly.  However, we recommend not staring directly into our LEDs.

Why can't I see light from some of the LED's?

These LEDs (880 nm) are on and working properly.  You cannot see them because they are in the infrared spectrum, which is not visible to the human eye.  Some digital cameras and camcorders will display the infrared lights.

Can I combine LED treatments with other skin care?

Yes.  LED treatments can be used alone or with other skin care treatments.  Many physicians have found LED treatments to compliment other skin care treatments.

Will LED treatments hurt?

No!  Unlike lasers or other ablative (skin harming) treatments, LED treatments are non-thermal, non-ablative, and non-invasive.  Clients report no discomfort or pain associated with LED treatments.

What is the warranty period?

The DPL is warranted for one year from when you receive the product.

Do you have a money-back warranty?

What is the difference between LASERS and LEDS (The DPL System)?

Lasers are more powerful than LEDs and they hurt the skin in order to heal the skin and grow collagen. The DPL™ System doesn’t hurt the skin; but penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate fibroblasts which creates collagen and elastin.

What is the wattage of the system?

The most important question is that the DPL™ System produces 4 Joules per centimeter squared. Our product meets the NASA specifications. The DPL™ System produces 30 Watts of power. The power supply is "World Voltage" and will operate from 100V to 240V 50/60 Hz.

Do I need to take off my makeup before using the system?

You Do Not have to remove makeup for the treatments to be effective. Because there is some slight warmth felt on the face during the treatments you might want to remove your makeup for comfort reasons.

How do you use it?

Turn unit on and place your face about ¼ to ½ inch from the middle of the system. The system will turn off at the end of nine (9) minutes.

How does it help pimples and blemishes?

The LED lights help fight bacteria and the increased blood circulation the LEDs produce helps heal wounds with new cells.

Is it FDA Approved?

Yes <<< CLICK HERE >>>

How long will the LEDs last?

The LEDs are rated for 2,500 hours and with normal use should last many years. LEDs are not like light bulbs with filaments, but have solid state chips inside.

Will the DPL™ System help any other issues?
